Leadership style of high-achieving school principals in teacher professionalism

This study aimed to describe the implementation of leadership styles High-Achieving School Principals in teacher professionalism. research was conducted using a qualitative method and human instrument. The participants consisted 1 school principal, 4 deputy principals, 2 teachers. data were collected in-depth interviews, observation, documentation. obtained analyzed condensation, display, verification. results found that style high achieving principals did not only comply with one style. Relationship-oriented, participatory, transactional, transformative mostly applied collaboration. Such collaborative became strategic approach supporting Of four styles, had been most dominant as principal’s vision gave positive energy teachers developing their competence.
